‘The Corridor’ Re-imagined for Saatchi Gallery

13.06.2019 - Posted by : James Campbell

Toby Dye’s immersive installation ‘The Corridor’ has been re-imagined for a new exhibition at the Saatchi Gallery. Originally created as the centrepiece for the ‘Daydreaming With… Stanley Kubrick’ exhibition at Somerset House, ‘The Corridor’ now forms part of BEYOND THE ROAD, a ground-breaking fully immersive exhibition from PUNCHDRUNK creatives Colin Nightingale and Stephen Dobbie.

Collaborating with world renowned and award-winning contemporary artists, filmmakers and photographers, BEYOND THE ROAD deconstructs an exclusive soundtrack by music pioneer James Lavelle (UNKLE), to create a completely new and multi-disciplinary sound experience.

Included in the exhibition will be works by: multi-Oscar winning director and producer Alfonso Cuaron, perfume designer Azzi Glasser, contemporary artist David Nicholson, contemporary artist and director Doug Foster, contemporary artist John Issacs, contemporary artist Jonas Burgert, contemporary artist John Stark, contemporary artist and Turner Prize nominee Nathan Coley, photographer and director Norbert Schoerner, contemporary artist & taxidermist Polly Morgan, documentary and award- winning filmmaker Toby Dye, visual designer and multimedia artist Tupac Martir and award-winning director/ photographic duo Warren Du Preez & Nick Thornton-Jones.
