Disclosure’s hypnotic third installment from their four-part dystopian video collaboration with director Ryan Hope is here!
The Caracal series was kicked off with six cinematic minutes of mystery and exceptional imagery in “Holding On,” before we were introduced to Sam Smith, SWAT teams and sweaty dance scenes in “Omen.” “Jaded” is the electronic duo’s newest track and “one of our favorite tracks from the album,” they announced online.
The sci-fi scenario remains, as we find our heroine Mariella captive in a futuristic society and stuck in a glitched-out interrogation that finds her transforming into other people, including the Lawrence brothers themselves.
Caracal, which also features artists like Miguel, Lorde and the Weeknd alongside Smith, is the follow up to Disclosure’s acclaimed 2013 debut, Settle. There’s no word yet on what the final track will be that gets the visual treatment, so stay tuned. Until then, settle in and check out “Jaded” and bear witness to yet another epic video from Ryan.
